require minimum 4-acre lots and on-lot septic systems in Livable Delaware Level
4 areas would be re-introduced in January 2006.Ê It is understood that the Governorâs office has made this a high
priority.

review our discussions in order to not contradict past efforts.Ê Gregg has reviewed this summary and has
indicated his agreement with the above.Ê
