ÊÊ Group was informed that legislation to require minimum 4-acre lots and on-lot septic systems in Livable Delaware Level 4 areas would be re-introduced in January 2006.Ê It is understood that the Governorâs office has made this a high priority.

ÊÊ Group requested that Gregg Moore review our discussions in order to not contradict past efforts.Ê Gregg has reviewed this summary and has indicated his agreement with the above.Ê He further volunteered Garth E. Jones, P.E. to participate on this committee.
