Re: NCC Special Services Partnering Meeting Minutes January 21, 2008

At 2:00 PM on Monday, January 21, 2008, the NCC Partnering Committee met with New Castle County’s Department of Special Services. The following topics were discussed:

1. Sanitary Sewer Design Review Time Frames – Rob Magnotti is catching up. He currently has a three month backlog of plans to review.

2. Northern and Southern Sewer – All of the work on critical paths, both north and south, is on track. Waterfarm 2 is not approved yet. RIBS will be installed at Waterfarm 1. They are researching the ability to install RIBS at Waterfarm 2 but they are not very far along in the process.

3. Workforce – Special Services has hired a new engineer to help Rob.

4. Next Meeting – Our next meeting is scheduled for April 21, 2008 at 2:00 PM. I will confirm with Special Services.
