BILL NO. 78 ö This Bill would mandate that any vacancies on New Castle
County would be filled by a special election and not appointed by the
County Executive. This Bill is in the House Housing and Community Affairs
Committee.

Bill 93 ö This Bill would require the use of hands free or built in
speakers for cell phone use while operating a motor vehicle. This Bill is in
the House Public Safety and Homeland Security Committee.Ê

Bill 43 ö This Bill would prohibit the use of signal preemption devices by
pedestrians. This Bill is in the Senate Public Safety Committee.
