BILL NO. 115 ö This Bill would authorize Sussex County to collect a
surcharge of 2.25% of the construction value of each building permit to
provide funding of local share of school capital construction, fire
companies and farmland preservation. This Bill is in the House Housing and
Community Affairs Committee.

Bill 118 ö This Bill would allow digital advertising along Delaware
roadways. This Bill is in the House Transportation/Land use and
Infrastructure Committee.Ê

Bill 74 ö This Bill would create a Delaware Geographic Data Committee. This
Bill is in the Senate Finance Committee.
